A Handbuilding Workshop for Teenagers ages 13 - 17. Curious about clay? Our Clay Taster session is the perfect one-off experience to dip your fingers (literally!) into the world of handbuilt pottery. From sculptures to mugs, it's amazing what you can create using only your hands! In this fun, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the basics of shaping, joining, and decorating clay using simple handbuilding techniques. Whether you make something functional, a sculpture or something entirely unique, you’ll leave with muddy hands and a big sense of achievement. Under 18's only, must be accompanied by an adult who can join in or just have a cuppa. All tools, materials, and firing are included for one piece. If you get the knack of this quickly any extra pieces will be charged at £5 each (subject to size). Aprons available, but come expecting to get a little messy.
